Yes, it's easy too, you just need a basic anti-theft system (it only prevents the starter, no siren and no flashing lights) that is controlled with a keypad, used to be very popular in the 90s, there's a few companies that still make them, i've seen one last year with a wireless pad.

Yeah it sucked but I avoided alot of tickets(4 or 5) and became buddies with alot of the cops

If i went back and changed my alarm, i'd go with the viper one, you can add on stuff like control the radio and stuff from your phone or ipod i think. I know it also works with android.
