How do you figure I think you are a mac user??? and maybe you failed to properly install or use the program on that one computer.

i even tried to uninstall and re-install
the computer will not even recognize the unit itself
i just burnt a dvd and transferring from this one

Odd, same operating systems? I am bias to Intel, and I have had issues with AMDs.

I work with xp and 7, right now the intel is on xp, but both towers are.
Tried different cables, nothing worked, so instead of pending hours on the matter, i just bypass it.

Lol she knows i smoke she was the one who always caught me when i wld sneak out to the parking lot to smoke haha. And by sneak off i mean just away from her kids. I told her i wldnt smoke around her kids and stuff that I wld try to put a little distance between them and myself
