do tinted windows still break like they are supposed to? or does the tint keep the glass mostly together?

From what I have done at the junkyard it stays together

If the paper is good quality, it'll hold up.

Got hit on the side of my car once, the impact was so violent the back passenger window shattered and flew into the car, but the tint held it in one piece.

Across the world we have no-kill animal shelters that refuse to kill their animals that they house. But why can't we have no-kill auto salvage yards where they refuse to crush cars and trucks that still have plenty of usable parts?
