Well his plan was more on the conservative side.
While McCain's was more on the liberal side.
Funny how people voted one way, but elected another way.

What's the deal with people re-starting dead threads lately?
Annoying.

Obama's plan is FAR from Conservative.....He tries to say that he likes Reagan, but if Reagan were alive, he would probably say, "Please don't compare us. We are nothing alike."
I just think Barack gives the BS well. I do agree that Palin is too polarized to run with. I like her myself, but too many people don't. IMO, if McCain would have chosen Huckabee as a running mate, we would have had a different President.

Strictly official political plans, not the propaganda speeches.
I swear, leaders nowadays could learn from Reagan's peace through strength strategies.
Just because you can invade another country doesn't mean you should.

Ahhh, my bad..I misunderstood.
Exactly. Funny that 10 hours after Reagan gets sworn in, the Iranian Embassy Hostages are on the way home. And funny that after Reagan dropped a bomb on Moammars house, you didn't hear ANYTHING from him for like 30 years. People KNEW that Reagan was a tough sonofagun. Sometimes threatening to invade a country with his strategy is enough. Again, though, Reagan was a tough guy. I wish he was still around!

Although, McCain is a Neo Con. Meaning, a person who PRETENDS to be Conservative, but isn't. While I respect him for his service during Vietnam, but I don't think he would have that good for the US. He would have been better than Obama, IMO.

Reagan was good, FDR was the greatest imho. And Mccains service was a joke. he didn't do anything really extraordinary but get shot down and captured. Then turn it into a political career

Plus i can't see how Palin could do worse than Gore.
Gore is a lying bastard, making tons of money pretending to care about the environment, spreading lies based on reports dating in the 60s that were proven faulty.
Plus Gore pollutes, a LOT.

Gore is a *******, as a liberal he is a disgrace.
Palin, manufactured idiot
