I don't get why you wouldn't be paid all the hours you worked.. Unless it would be your own company and you'd have to work more hours than you contracted, then yeah.

That's how it works man. It sucks but it's what I get. I do get a lot better benefits that way though, hands down.

I had a job before that only paid for fixed hours, but all the overtime i did went on extra paid vacation days. To work for free makes no sense after the discussion we had in the other thread.. *confused*
