well.... maybe he was asking for our help, but his wording indicated he was upset.
MY choice of wording (if I was him) would have been
Hi, my names George and I have a new 2011 ranger with 700 miles on it. I have a question, It seems that the truck vibrates more than it should when going about 55-65 mph. Is this normal?

that is the correct way of asking a question but many ppl fail to communicate properly. I mean look at all the wars = failure to communicate properly. poor design in anything mechanical=communication fail. As humans we suck at what we do the most. Which is communicate.
