yeah yeah, I am also placing my order for more LED's, as last time it took like 2 months to come in. Seems how there is more intrest in cluster, I figure I better have some more on hand.

before i start, let me explain that i am (was) over 200 lbs overweight when I began this dieting "Journey" around 9 months ago. the heavier you are, the faster you lose weight.
ok, as for eating, i only eat low fat and low carb foods, mixed veggies, lots of water LOTS of water. my meal tonight was some chicken strips (frozen, skinless, white meat) prepared with a cup of frozen mixed vegetables. heat in a skillet, add some mustard, stir it up and you have a meal thats 200 calories.
you have to stop all fast food and anything "bad" for you.
by the way, november of 2010 I weighed a staggering 427 lbs. now, I'm at 350 lbs.
