I just noticed today that the lower plastic part of my bumper newly replaced by the insurance is darker than the 2010 color.

Fucking ford, never doing anything right.. It looks pimp now, instead of the kinda cheap look it had before. Now the plastic covering in the back doesn't match the front one, might have to dye it or something lol.

On top of it, both my logos are peeling!

I bought aftermarket when I replaced my old rear bumper, they generally have a darker plastic then Ford produced. No idea why.

As for moving, this is the 5th time in three years. I'm really tired of it lol It gets old fast.

All my parts came from ford lol.

My truck is spotless and scratchless again now, looks brand new.

I'm sad to have to go to the dealership again, they always find a way to damage my paint.

Ford dealerships fail so hard.

I've been at 4 so far..

Ford is the first company i've seen where mechanics aren't expected to know their products, at all.

I've had much better service for a lot cheaper at walmart.

So far it's all been under warranty, so the thousands of dollars wasted on fake hour rates, were covered by ford, who didn't care when i reported it.

I like my lil truck.

I hate the company that makes it, their bad judgement calls and the dealerships that are mandated to service me. As long as it's not me wasting all that cash, i guess i endure. The waste of time is harder to swallow.

$ dealers? Really, bring that bitch to me. I'll set you up with the best mechanics I can find. I trust plenty down here. Make it to the west coast, I got some boys that can do that truck up even better then you dreamed

But I can't do it under warranty. I know Ford techs in a lot of places. Hell the place I went to in Montana, Havre Ford, did awesome work on my truck, and they deal with a lot of Canadians. Otherwise, hell yeah I'd work on it.

Imo fuck ford techs.

When i'm the one who has to explain what needs to be done, there's a problem.

The only reason my truck sees the dealership is because i don't want to pay for ford's failiures.

Patrick, peeling emblems should net you brand new emblems for free. It's a factory recall IIRC.

That's what i said lol.

Sad thing about this is whenever my truck goes in, it gets scratched or i need to have the seats cleaned because they aren't careful, ever.

At GM they used to wash my car for all and any visit, ford never does, dirt covers their fuck ups.

Ohhhh I see. I wonder if you could just walk into the parts department with your old emblems and just swap for new ones and then put the new ones on yourself back at home?
