You're right, except the bottom section of his is bedliner. Not sure if I would go that far.

The STX will be a beater, so i'm debating on it. I'd want the bedliner to have DSG mixed in with it though, and it may get more expensive than I'd care to pay.

I'd take a long bed 97, 4.0 4x4 5 speed in the STX in black. One of the first Rangers I ever remember

No. I can't find any info on the house, my aunt and uncle don't even know the guy's last name, nobody else around there knows the guy, and he only shows up at the house maybe 6 times a year or when someone rents it. I just have to get luck on my side.

As far as payment, i'm hoping to work out a deal with him where I clean up the entire yard, and the house, in trade for the truck. That way he gets a nicer yard and house to attract future better renters with, and I get a truck with an automatic that I can tear down to gain some more automatic transmission experience. Oh and fix too.lol.

It's a win-win for both of us in my opinion.
