I just read a bit on the p90x, based on training methods from weider, with a strict regime that isn't healthy on the long term. Seems like they aim to burn a lot of water.

But the thing is the p90x system relies on a ultra low calorie diet and high energy variable training (if that makes sense, it did in my head lol). Modify it and you'll change the results.

yes it is on the low calorie, but i will have a little sometimes out of the diet, the results will be about the same because im not going to be eating high calorie or foods with high fat content, well thats what i think im not sure though. i do know i will see and feal results and thats all i want
