i used to do that, i weighed 250 unhappy looked at myself and wasnt happy one bit. no girl liked me or wanted to be with someone like me. i started going out with a couple buddies to the jym and got hooked and i love the feeling after i go and now im at 218lb and getting more built. girls have been noticing haha its a good converstion i only get picked on because of that i dont eat, candy, cookies, high fat stuff,all that worthless shit. this has been the best thing i have ever done for me i think because i see the improvement and push harder every time
