Ok guys, If your like me, and need to lose a few lbs, this is for you! I am not fat by any means, but have gained a few lbs since starting my desk job two years ago. I have always been skinny and would like to remain that way. So here is the challenge:

Within this thread, post your starting weight. Then anytime you do an exercise post it here. Also, post your weight (picture or text) and any measurements on SATURDAY MORNING of each week. The challenge is starting on January 1, 2011. Im not quite sure how long i want it to last, but am thinking a few months. I will update this when we figure it out. There is no prize unless Tom or a Moderator want there to be one. This is just to help stay commited

I am going to try a few things to help like limiting portions. I started this morning with a bacon egg and cheese on english muffin from Subway. I will also be doing the Insanity Workouts by Shaun T from beachbody. It is a 60 day program. Also i will try to throw some p90x exercises in there. I ran about 1 1/2 miles yesterday.

Holy crap you guys are nothing but bones and skin lol I'm 6'2 200. I was 6' when I was 16 and I weighed about 160, graduated high school in 07 at 180. I'd love to get back to or close to that lol

18 yrs old, 6' 3" tall, 160 pds. I need to gain a little muscle mass. Other than that i'm happy. I do need to keep in shape though, because only one person in my immediate family has stayed skinny after the age of thirty. Everybody else used to be skinny, but got fat.

If you like to work out for bulking up I use Pro Complex Gainer.

iam 5'6 and about 220 i anit fat but sure in fuck not skinny thats for sure. yea ill do this with u bud

Currently 27 years, 6'3", 225ish. Goal for wedding in July is under 200. 4 years ago I was 175 lbs., I know I will not get to that as I do not have the time for working out as I did as a college athlete. Fiance says diet starts Monday, will do pics and measurements then...fun fun fun. Diet will be the big thing, but going to start running (bad knees so do not run very much), getting on the MTB bike more than once a week and possibly using that gym membership I pay for (I only pay 45 a year...)
