Taco Bell does not give the meat sweats either with only 35% beef lol
But Pizza night tonight going to be a buffalo chicken pizza on a torrtilla homemade with jalapenos
will have to walk twice tomorrow

 I used to work at Hardee's. I prefer the way they cook shit 10-1. It seems alot healthier.

Down 5 lbs. I am always lightest midweek, was down 7 on wednesday..
Just came back from Carl's Jr (hardees) though...2 western bacons for $5, criss cuts, honey mustard chicken wrap thing and a dr. pepper...
good thing I am doing a decent MTB ride tomorrow...hopefully burn a thousand calories or so.

I cheated tonight and went to McDonalds but I did get a grilled chicken sandwich plain, small fries and a small coke. The kids were begging me to take them there. I guess they were going through mcnugget withdraws. LOL
