Re: **UN-OFFICIAL** FRF Weight Loss Challenge
Alright I'll do this. I am 5'9 150. I'd like to drop the belly and put on muscle. After adding muscle and losing fat i'd like to be about 140. That would mean little to no fat and about 20 pounds of muscle. I think I am setting the bar high. My main thing is to just control what I eat. Any suggestions for any of this?

Re: **UN-OFFICIAL** FRF Weight Loss Challenge
Yesterday, I had a foot race with the neighborhood kids down the street. My legs hurt today, so I know I got my exercise in for the week.
Rice Krispie Treats, take me away.

Re: **UN-OFFICIAL** FRF Weight Loss Challenge
Well... weighed myself at work today, now granted it is a scale used to weigh potatoes so it's probably not 100% accurate, but I weighed in at 260lbs. This is the biggest Ive ever been. I think the problem was that I work in a climate controlled environment now. Ever since high school, I worked at the lumber yard where I would easily lose 20lbs. in the summer. and in the winter I always put on a little weight, who doesnt? But since Ive been working at the potato plant (climate controlled) I haven't been able to lose any weight. We do however have a weight room that I have access to so I'm going to be hitting up the bike for awhile. I'd do the treadmill but I think I'd end up having problems due to me breaking my foot back in October. I'm happy with my muscularity at the moment so no real need to hit the weights at all. To be completely honest, ive been feeling like shit the last couple months due to the extra weight, Its amazing how much 15 - 20lbs. makes you feel like crap.
Anyways, I think i stated this before but Im 6'2", 260lbs. and I'm 23 years old.

Re: **UN-OFFICIAL** FRF Weight Loss Challenge
I would do this, but the number isn't what matters to me. I just want to be in better physical shape, but for reference. I'm 5'10" 285lbs. If I did go by a number I'd just be happy to get back to 230. Which is my goal for this year, but I also plan on bulking up. Which is why the number isn't such a big deal to me.

Re: **UN-OFFICIAL** FRF Weight Loss Challenge
210 shouldn't be that much of a problem at 6'2" unless you are pretty ripped.

Re: **UN-OFFICIAL** FRF Weight Loss Challenge
late start today but treadmill time is here, then more upper body on the wieder.
Bru, your post should have been posted 15 years ago as then I was into weight lifting and If I can find some old pics I will post them up. Now I just dick around with weight machine. Free weights are the way to go though.
