Default Valvoline full service?

anyone ever get this done? Have them do coolant and radiator flush and spray a fuel injector cleaner into you intake.

my friend had this done and claims it helped him a lot and it's a lot faster. (96 celica 5spd 1.8l from a corolla) We timed his 0-60 run and was ~12sec no real improvement, go figure.

His butt dyno tells a different story than the stop watch, we even used gps timing and came up 12.54 secs.

If you can do these yourself, it would be a lot cheaper, especially with the cleaner through the intake. They want something like $100 for the cleaner where as you can get a bottle of fuel system cleaner for the tank and a can of throttle body cleaner for somewhere in the neighborhood of $10. If you want an all-in-one item, 1/3 of a can in the intake, 1/3 of a can in the tank, and the rest in the oil right before an oil change.

For the above question to make a huge difference, your vehicle would be in some dire need of service but it will return the engine to it's original performance and fuel mileage.
