i saw that it had cut-outs but it sounded mean before he hit the button, i know a stock raptor doesnt sound like that, ive heard one. id just like to know the setup on that hennesy one, couldnt find any info on the site.

if you look they have two diffrent exhaust systems under the 6.2l parts section mabye they used one of those

Hey pat if you get this sound on your truck I expect video with sound lol. I had an e cut on my truck sounded awesome with the turbo, but the excesive exhaust pressure from it caused the motor to fail twice

How does a cutout cause excessive pressure?

yeah i wont be doing the cutouts, i just want a nice solid sounding exhaust. ive never heard a truck sound like that and i havent been able to stop thinking about it since i watched the show. lol

Since you don't have a big block, you wont be ever hearing that sound. Just stick with flowmaster.

I'm sure if pat gets a full exhaust with the right muffler he'll be able to get pretty close. I've changed my exhaust piping around 4 times and used the same muffler and everytime the exhaust note changed

yea i know i wont be able to get that exact sound but i bet it would be damn close. the ford 5.4 can sound pretty mean with good pipes.

For the deepest tone, just run full-length exhaust with a nice sized tip for the fullest/deepest tone.
