I was cracking up when he was driving that caddy around the track. I think the Top Gear US is actually pretty good. I thought it would be half way through the season before they were putting out some funny, original shows but last weeks was pretty good. Yeah, it's not up to the same caliber as the original Top Gear, but they have only had 4 episodes so far. In my book they are doing great with the time they have had.

I think as the show goes on eventually they will get better. If you go back and watch the first season or two of the original Top Gear, i bet it was cheesy to. Give USA a season or two, let the guys develop some chemistry, and i think it'll appeal to more people.

The first season of the original Top Gear was cheesy. I agree with you completely, give it time. Hell, they're just 4 episodes in and its already getting better.

PS. HOLY SHIT I want a Raptor.

All that work and it looks like they built that engine cover in 10 mins. Nice to see a FMIC though.

I'm pretty sure the exhaust was just set up with an electric cut out. And I also think that 7k is a little much for pretty much tuning, exhaust and an electric cut-out. Maybe they should make that cheaper, and lower the price of the supercharged version.
