Thanks guys.

I'm pretty fussy of taking care of my cars over the years.

I've had a couple of opps with my cars.

My blue Ranger, I hit a deer.

My Explorer, I hit a boat.

My Stratus, I got hit on the back end of the driver side.

I ran into a sail boat on a cradle in the Marina parking lot. Got the truck all fixed and was good as new.

Yeah.. The story on the Explorer, was We were having a floor warning and all the boats and trailers had to be out of the point, and was all moved to the parking lot. I was a secruity guard then and we had to work long shifts. I was working my full time job 11 hours day on top of the 6 hours shift at the marina.

The 5th night into this, I was tired! My truck was park near this boat, and thought I had the truck into R, and as I let off the break, the truck started rolling down the parking lot, so I quickly let go the clutch thinking I don't want to hit the craddle, well I lurched forward into the craddle and boat! Turns out I had it in 4th gear, and not R.

The boat/craddle came off the blocks and dropped on top of the truck, thanks god it did not go in all the way on me.

gotto love those old 240's
although they are very rare and you barely see them
but they could kill integra's and prelude's

That's pretty much what I've heard about them. Lots of HP, but not a lot of torque. And they love to rev....

i miss my 240 thing had 233k miles on the original engine, repairs were happening constantly...sold it and got an rx8, it was the only thing that made cornering even more fun

jay- yeah the little thing is rev happy, i have a straight pipe on it, and when i shift at 9.5k the thing just loves to shoot flames out the back
