Default 1964 mercury comet help

hey guys im builden a 64 comet and im doing mustang II front susp and was thinken 460 for the motor has any one done that if so can i get pics thanks guys

460 is alot of weight for that car. Why not put in a 351W, bore it & stroke it to a 427?

yea i was thinken that or like a 302 with a 347 stroker i was just thinken a 460 cus some one offered to trade for my 4.6

Put the 4.6 in it. My 4.6 is putting 305HP to the rear wheels.

yea idk i would have to get the computer and som other things to complete it and by then i can just buy a carbed motor and a carbed motor in a old car always looks good

yea idk im leaning towards the 351 cus the 302 is right but kinda small and the 351 sounds just perfect

Also as an FYI: I just happen to have a NOS delay windshield wiper switch for a 1964 Mercury Comet..

NOS = New Old Stock

yea thanks but i have all parts for my project im only missing a motor and trans and right now a front end as i am doing the swap
