after spending a good 30 minutes fighting with the HVAC plugs and trying to get my new silver HVAC in, it wouldnt FREAKING FIT!!!!
WTF FORD??????you make almost ALLL The other parts compatible /except/ for this one???????

It should fit. I have 2001 Explo Hvac in my 2011 and I had no issues installing it.

You gonna have to modify the stock ranger plug, I'll take a pic of mine tomorrow, I did mine with a dremel and it works fine

Yeah I was pissed about mine until I figured out hOw to fix it thankfully my dad has a dremel, took me like 10-15 mins cause I had to dremel then check fitting then dremel more

I'm very frustrated with the job market. I'm looking for a new job and naturally I knew it wouldn't be easy but I feel like the only response I get to the hundreds of people I've sent my resume to are spam responses asking for credit card numbers or personal info. In addition the ones I'm not receiving the responses from (what I can only assume to be legitimate employers who chose not to pursue me) just ignore the resume all together? What happened to having equal respect for the job hunter as they are supposed to have for you? I've had multiple interviews lined up that the other party was either late for or missed completely... just 'cause the market is flooded with prospects is no reason to be disrespectful IMO

I feel your pain, Marie! i'm looking for a job in the cook/prep cook area. trouble is, around here, they all want someone "chef certified" which I am not. I actually worked my way up from dishwasher to chef assistant, over 20 years. But, I guess that means nothing because I don't have that "document" saying I know what I'm doing.
I've had many Interviews, a few 2nd ones, no third ones, no offers.
