I figured maybe one of the boarders rode late last night and moved some shit around. No big deal.

I start feeding the horses and when I get to my horse's stall, I see she has dried sweat on her back, the kind you see on a horse that's been ridden and not hosed off. WTF. I didn't ride last night. At this point I'm FURIOUS because I know exactly what happened. That fucking psychotic BITCH rode my horse last night. I call my boss, the barn owner and ask her if she can check the drive way camera to see if the bitch was at the barn last night. Sure enough, her car pulled in the drive way at 12:45 am and left at 2:15 am. Come to find out, that **** rode one of the other horses also that belongs to a lawyer. Awesome. My boss tries to call the crazy bitch. No answer. About an hour ago her husband calls. She's in the hospital. My horse threw her off last night and she broke her collar bone. SHE FILING A FUCKING LAWSUIT AGAINST ME! Are you fucking kidding me!?! She rode my horse WITHOUT PERMISSION, trespassed onto our property, and its MY FAULT?!?

Pissed doesn't even come close to how mad I am right now.

That sucks man I hate ppl who take advantage, they only ring you up when they need a favor (sounds like someone I know that lives near me) It gets on my f*cking nerves

So far I've hauled furniture, did some troubleshooting on a washer, moved the furniture into a house by myself, removed a snake from a house, caught a dog, fixed a broken brake pad, and this list goes on.

And now, my best friend who always returns the favor for me wants me to come help him fix his fuel pump, but I can't even afford the gas to go help him.

Happened too much to me till I got to Shaun's point and stop giving a damn which gives you the man i am today. I still help people but I am very selective, I am so much happier as a person since i started doing this.

to be honest, you'll probably win the lawsuit. knowing my knowledge in the legal system ... she's 10 kinds of wrong for doing so. if you can provide the evidence saying that she was not given permission to ride the horses and the time on the video says the time that you say it does .. you'll win. hire a lawyer or talk to one of the lawyers that keep their horses at your barn and above all stay confident. you've got this.

X2 on that one, she had no right to ride your horse, she's is therefore responsible for her own being, you could counter sue in this case.

for sure. double dip it!! sue her for putting your horse's life at risk, breaking and entering. by sneaking into the stable at that time, riding a horse she doesn't know, and then getting angry that the horse bucked her off? hm ... in this case you can also sue her for emotional compensation because you now "fear your horse isn't safe" ... believe me ... i'd milk it for all its worth. hahahahaha ... then again ... i'd beat the shit out of her and GIVE her a reason to sue me ... but that's just me ...
