It has to be frozen where the lines come out of the ground. Apparently they thought it was a good idea to run about 30 feet of line between the ground and the shut off valve. I've scaled every inch of exposed water line and they're all warm. There's no evidence of any of them being frozen. It has to be underground.

Does it have some bizarre routing from the meter to your house? Here it all has to be under the frost line. So normally frozen pipes are always on your side of their responsibility.

Our water is processed from a lake nearby.
As for what is below the surface, I'm not sure. That house was put there sometime after '97. But the pipes come out of the ground at the back of the trailer and stay above ground until the shut off valve which is about directly in the center. It's a 65' house so I've got every bit of 30' above ground. I have 9' of heat tape and insulation coming from the ground side and 12' of heat tape and insulation at the valve. There's about a 6' section in the middle not heat taped.

You're not looking hard enough. You're probably not gonna find one locally, but call around to your local junkyards and see if they offer any part locating services. They might be able to find one and have it shipped to their location.

Fucking seriously. Got the lines thawed out just to have a pipe bust.
----------
Ok so the burst isn't too bad. Kinda hard to reach but it's doable. Valve not quite tight enough and is leaking, hopefully that keeps the lines from re freezing overnight so we can replace the busted pipe in the morning. Had to take a day off work but we should finally have running water tomorrow.

Man the girl I was dating 4.5 years ago when I was in high school was a shitty driver. She rear ended somebody with me in the passenger seat going almost 70 mph on an exit ramp. I smashed my knew into the dashboard which had some ******* edge on it (old 90s model Saturn) and that's what hit right I'm my knee. I didn't have any issues back then I felt fine but now my knee is killing me everyday! It pops and hurts like a bitch when I kneel down and especially if I sit on it for a minute then get up it's horrible. I kinda wanna find her and bitch slap her!

Busted another pipe trying to fix the first one. Now going on 5 days without water. I'm at my wits fucking end now.

Where are they at? What are you doing to insulate them?

They're under the floor but above the insulation. We found out how to get to them which is rather easy. Now we just have to find out if we can pull back the insulation and replace the pipes.
