yeah, as of last year you can get pulled over for talking on the phone while driving.

It doesn't matter if they can pull you over legally just for that.

That's how they get people. They just follow you until you make a mistake. Technicality there too, they can't follow us without reason, then it's just "I was on patrol and witnessed..."

As it should be, no reason to be on the phone when driving, just another distraction you do not need. Pull over & talk on the phone.

I dont worry about bein on my phone while driving my truck. My windows are so dark nobody can see in. I love it. Not that its a law hear yet.

I never really talk on the phone while driving anyway. If I do I use speaker phone.
