Nothing really directly happened to me, but just incompetence of work they gave out raises and promotions today, and a new girl was raised to The crew manager. There's no real power to it, but you just have more authority than a regular crew member. Anyway this girl that had been working there for a year and a half had to stop working for an hour because she couldn't stop crying that she wasn't promoted. And everybody sympathize with her! I'm going to something like that get you so upset that you have to cry for an hour and can't work, you're obviously not meant for management.
And then this guy that had been working there for eight months got pissed because I'm now making as much as he is. Whenever people surpassed me, I usually congratulate them. I don't see the point of not being happy for each other.

She should try what I went through, wait five years for a position to open, put in for the job exam, wait four months to find out if you got accepted to take the exam, wait two months to find if you passed the exam, pass the exam, apply for the actual job, wait some more and then get told you didn't rank high enough on the exam list. I was pissed but just said ah fuck it.

Man one thing that pisses me off is people that flaunt inheritances! I've lost soooo many family members and grandparents and watched my dad die from cancer and didn't get shit (not that I really care) but then you have people like yea my grandpa is about to die and I'm gonna get x amount of money. Like what the fuckkkkk. My fiances best friend just inherited $18,000 and she went out and bought a $18,000 car. Keeping in mind she is a shitty driver. Like legit she hit her dads parked truck, she hit the gate going into her apartment complex, she went into a ditch because she thought it was grass on her way to our house, and she's hit multiple other shits. I told her she could spend half that and get a real good car! I could buy 3 good trucks for that much money! On a side note she bought a hyundai so she just fucked herself lol

So sick of my supervisor not "supervising" anything.
He says one thing, then later changes his mind.
New guy mounts a vacuum valve in the corner of the machine down right ontop-in the way of the machine leg screw.
Ive been told many times not to mount anything in the way of the legs of the machine.
I point this out and tell the new guy he needs to move it over a few inches so you can get at the foot leg screw.
The boss/supervisor comes over and says not to worry about it...its just two bolts to take the valve off to get at the screw.
Im like wtf! ! You shouldnt have to take anything off to get at the dam foot screw leg!! If it had been me putting it there he would have had me move it!!
Makes me look like an idiot infront of the new guy...the same new guy i am supposed to be training in.

And then i have *******s that think its funny to dump garbage on the top of my toolbox every fucking morning before i get to work! So as soon as i come in and get to my toolbox, i see garbage dumped all over it. I bring my boss over almost every morning and show him. He just says "clean it up and ignore it and they will stop it.".
Im like theyve been doing it for weeks and wont stop.
but heaven forbid i dump stuff on someone else's box...my boss yells at me and tell me to stop the childish games...

Sounds like you just need to knock the shit on the floor. If the boss asks..."Not mine, don't know who put it there". I've ended that same game before that way

Its right in the way to get to the leg screw. Now we skid these machines up by drilling holes and impacting these screws into the wood skids. When it comes time to skid this machine up and ship it we will have to unbolt this valve to get at the screw with the air impact wrench.

Like I found a truck today, texted the guy to ask if he still had it, and he said yeah. Texted him back to ask when I could meet him to look at the truck, no reply in an hour and a half. Tried to call too. No answer.

Or you email them and ask a few questions and they reply instantly but only answer like one question. You reply back and you dont hear from them again for 8 hours and they still dont answer your questions or want to arrange a meeting to sell/buy it.

Man the hole in the miller lite box In the fridge was too small for me to get my hand in there and grab a beer so I had take time out of my busy schedule to tear the end open so I can grab my beers. fml life sucks!
