The worst thing is his kids ain't got no dad anymore, that's a pretty damn hard thing his wife had to explain to their 3 and 5 year old.
damn. Making me tear up

So instead of just saying you need a pen and getting a pen from the back office she gives you a write up, if I was in your spot I would have just laughed and said really your gonna write me up for not having a pen.

She's got a little bit of authority and has that mentality of I'm the boss, you just work here, so you do what I say. Sometimes they forget they have a boss too and that boss doesn't want to hear complaints about the shift management.

I went through the same thing when I was with the California conservation Corp, we were out on a project and the crew supervisor just kept getting on us and half of our walked back to the crew bus then she told us if one more person walks I'm firing them so when we got back to the office 15 of us met with the lead supervisor and told them what was happening out on the project, they told us next time to let the other supervisors know first if something like this happens again. The next day the crew supervisor was real nice to us.

Been dreading to put this up.

Lost my dog this past Friday. He was 13 years old, would have been 14 in December. He was my best friend, I've had him since I was 9 or 10 (I'm 23 now). Couldn't ask for a better companion. I was thankful he lived this long, my mom just finished up her cancer treatments in July and he was right by her side all the time. She needed him a lot during that time and I'm glad he stuck around as long as he could.

Thanks man. I lost my lab back in March so that's my only two dogs I've had gone in the past 6 months. It does suck. Been a crazy year I know that much.

Thank you. I hate that too, it's tough to have to put them down but sometimes you just have to do what's right. Mine had about 6 seizures a few nights ago and had a big one at the vet and never recovered.

I never understood the pen thing. In my whole time there I've never used it once! The other leaders are cool though

Yea some of them mainly the girls were dicks but some of my best friends worked there with me and I still party hard with all of them. Plus I met my fiancé there so it was good to me!

It seems like it's mostly female managers that are dicks. Actually my favorite manager is a girl, But every other girl who has any kind of authority there is just a jerk. But if you can make friends it can be a blast, especially when you keep joking around and inevitably piss said Dick/pussy managers off. And hey, if you met your fiancé must've been worth it!
