my day was decent up till bout 1am this mornin(my shift ended at 11pm..OT clean up) my supervisor decides a good time to tell me n the 3rd helper bout our work evaluations....well lets just say this guy takes every word the operator of my machine on my shift says as 100% truth so..both me and the 3rd helper get the blame for shitty low production #s and bad setup times on 2nd shift and i get told that i basically suck as an assistant operator,not quite like that but the criticism said it for him EX-not good with troubleshooting,lack of attention to detail,quality issues...ya half that shits the operator NOT me!..i'll set up a box fine run out a few bundles fine,we start runnin..he goes n "adjusts" n fucks it up then blames it on me after
prettymuch if theres a fuck up n the guy can blame me or the 3rd helper he will n the flexo supervisor just accepts his bs..like last night..was at work till 3am because the operator stacked from unit 34 on thru idk 40 somethin...well another employee noted that there was a piece on the box that shulda been getting cut off..well he didnt notice it stacking 10 or 11 units n i went in stacked like 3..ok so 3 were on me but he blames it ALL on me n the 3rd helper..all of it,he comes out golden n praised n we get told we suck at our jobs...fucking pisses me off but its a situation were,its hard to put your word against the 25 yr employee

now i actually like the guy,as do the other shifts but they all agree with what i'm saying here..hes the type of operator that the other ones look at half the shit he does with bewilderment and say hes a horrible teacher when it comes to training(which btw hes Supposed to be teaching me to run the machine in case hes out n another shift operator cant show up n i can do it..fairly well for being on the job 4 months but hell thats overlooked cuz he bitches bout what i dont do an shit so no credit given there there just a laundry list of shit im doing wrong)but anyway,idk wtf srsly if they werent paying me $17ish an hr($25/hr for OT) and full benefits id sooo find another job. btw all this stress to make fucking boxes! yup the boxes some of you might see daily..we make the dept 16 garden center boxes that stock comes in for walmart for example..

i have spent my entire week devoted to helping my friend arrange her wedding. she and i have created 100% of the deco by ourselves in a matter of 3 weeks. we painted branches, magnolia cones, mason jars (the insides of them bitches), bird houses, place cars, escort cards, thank you cars, elaborate booklets, made canvas pictures by myself, 100% of the jewelry not to mention the gift jewelry and the mothers/grandmothers bracelets, guest sign in book, words of wisdom book, wishes book, bouquets, boutonnieres, chair sashes, deco for the chair sashes, etc etc etc!!! tonight is the wedding!! if all does not go perfectly i will get shitty as all hell (open bar) and drag the mason jars outside, smash them, go back inside .. bird cages are next!!!

lets hope all goes well because i know mandy will be right by my side screaming "FUCK THESE BIRD CAGES!!"

i mean we've been so delirious over the past couple of days we've been saying "i would like to buy a AMBURGERRRHHHHH" for no ... fucking ... reason. any reason to make us smile ... or else we'd cry.

i don't know how the woman expected to pull that stunt off because when i came along nothing was done -- without me, she wouldn't have a wedding tonight... and she's thanked me many times ... now its just a matter of getting it all set up and looking loverly.

That's awesome. Y'all should enjoy yourselves tonight, you definitely deserve it. It's good to help friends out they are usually the ones there when you need them.

yeah, i suspect it'll be gorgeous but i'm really stressing over everything... just because she's getting married in degas house so if we forget something ..... we forget it ...

Yeah that's a little drive to reserve from there. I have a wedding to go to there in march

from what i hear its a beautiful place but ... their reception ends at 9pm so we'll end up out in the FQ after possibly bourbon (though, i really hope not.) i can't stand bourbon and can't stand the people that are going there ... its like one just wants to walk up and down the street -- the most unsafe thing to do!!! one wants to get wastey-pants and forget where her car is. one wants to run away from everyone else. me and jason just want to leave but can't until we find cigi's ass ... yeah ... that will be tonight!

Yes it is fun for a little while but then it becomes a big conundrum. I like to check out the places that are ducked off

i can't stand when people don't listen to me. bourbon clubs are 21 entry on saturdays, only fridays and certain clubs are 18 entry. but nope, i'm wrong ... okay well when little miss ******* can't get into bourbon heat tonight ... i'm not holding back my fun for that shit. nope.

my boyfriends favorite bar is waloos ... i personally like caddillac's in laplace. its close by, fun ...

Yeah they used to be loose with girls on age limits but they have tightened up the past couple years.

I worked at the dungeon for a while it was a cool place but then it became to much of a tourist attraction.
I passed it many of times when I worked out there. Always said I was going to go just never made it. It looks like one of those places where you could have a blast. I just worried it was full of locals that would be like " we don't cotton to your kind around here boy"

Well I am currently at college 4 hours away from home and I get a call that my uncle had passed away this morning, and I guess my dad tried CPR but couldnt bring him back. And I just needed a place to vent a little cause this came as quite a shock to me and my family.
