What has pissed me off the last few days is that everybody insists on doing 10-15 under the speed limit and it takes forever to get where im going. They act like there is a foot of snow or something and its clear and sunny

I have noticed that around here also. Well that and the fact that they jack rabbit start from every stop sign they can and try to push me faster and then when they finally go around, what do they do...... They slow down
