It has been one of those fucking weekends, I didn't get a damn thing I wanted to do done. I HATE my in-laws with a passion. Its a burning hate inside me and when I see them I just want to fight! I use to work with my FIL yeah that was bad, and now to tops things off I don't work there, now her mom thinks we have to see them 2 to 3 times a week, I'm happy if I see them 2 to 3 times a year!!!!!! I was going to do my OHC but no my fucking in-laws had to come over and my brother in law that was going to help me was like fuck man I can't come over I need a break from them...his fam is going thru so struggles and is living with them...I understood completely but fuck its not only fucking with my its fucking with my Ranger time!!!! I just wish the would understand that we don't need to see them every weekend!!! I see my family once maybe twice a month. And we are all fine and okay with that. My wife is cool with it and see her family that often she is fine with...but her mother is a crazy lady and freaks out if its been like a day since she has seen us!!!!!!!

Well my vent is that on Friday, I decided to take off my tail lights to tint them a bit and place them back on, simple right? Wrong. When I went to install them back on and try them out, the fuse blew out and so I tried to put in another one and same thing will happen; it will keep blowing out. Tried to eliminate all possible errors I could have made but nothing; I cannot get it to work. And to top it all off, it should be raining all week long with possible thunderstorms in the area so I probably have to take it to my local car audio shop (again) and get this so called easy project fixed by them and suffer the pay. It would be nice though if I had some Ford Ranger members around my area or close by that could come by and try to help me on this

. Now my truck sits for god only knows how long and I'm using my dads Acura to go to work

I can't figure out what the fuck is wrong with my truck. IAC and the MAF both cause the engine to surge down, apparently like they should. The engine is too hot to check the plugs and wires, but when it cools down I will. Getting ready to clean the TB. If i'm desperate enough i'm gonna try the old carb cleaner trick to try and find any large vacuum leaks, but I doubt that's gonna net me anything. Worst case scenario I have a shop that specializes in Fords, and they said they'd diag it for $40-60 depending on the nature of the diag. She said for my truck it'd probably be close to $40. Either way, this problem is fucking gay because I have no idea where it is at thanks to no fucking diagnostic codes. If the stupid fucking OBD II system would do it's job and actually catch when the truck has something wrong, then I wouldn't be in this situation. That stupid ass O/D Off light can flash without there being an actual trans problem, but my stupid CEL can't even come on when my truck runs like shit. Fuck you Ford for setting the parameters of the computer with the most ridiculous allowable limits.

So the other day when I bought my oil and stuff to do my oil change, I bought my fuel filter so I could replace that too. It was just sitting on the work bench in the garage and I went out there to change it this morning and it was missing. I called my dad and asked if he moved it, and he said he threw it away because he thought I already switched them out, and today was trash day, so there's no way of getting it. So he said he'll go buy me a new one. O'Reilly is the only place around me that carries wix filters, and when he went to get it, they don't have any so they have to order it for me. I know it's not a huge deal, but I'm pretty pissed off right now about it.

FUCK COMCAST. They made us get these God damn digital cable box things for every tv in the house and pay extra since we have more then 3 tvs. Since the switch which was back in March we still get all the channels we had before (NO EXTRA'S), the price went up, and only about half of them are watchable cause they get this digital static shit that basically cuts the audio and scrambles the fucking picture every 5-10 seconds. So me and my mom have been bitching to my dad about it since March and he has refused to call them. (Everybody else we talked to had called and comcast doesn't tell them anything about it and a good number have either dropped there package down to basic or left comcast) Anyway, my dad calls them today and hangs up right away saying "i'm not gonna wait to talk to them it's not that big of a deal". BULLSHIT IT ISN"T A BIG DEAL, WE ARE PAYING OUT THE ASS FOR CABLE AND WE CAN'T EVEN WATCH THE CHANNELS WE WANT TO WATCH. THE ONE CHANNEL HE WATCHES IS FINE SO NOTHING ELSE MATTERS. I also made the mistake of letting him know that he should make sure that Comcast knows we are pissed about the service we are getting and maybe through in that we are considering switching because of it. He has the nerve to say in a smartass attitude "IT ISN'T THERE FAULT THAT IT ISN'T COMMING IN" WELL THE WHO"S FUCKING FAULT IS IT. IF IT ISN"T COMCASTS!!! What are they gonna do say "you were rude to our service rep on the phone so we are gonna shut off your cable" NO, THEY WON"T DO THAT, THEY NEED OUR BUSINESS MORE THEN WE NEED THEIR CABLE! Needless to say I am pissed right the fuck off over this. We had the same issue with internet a while back. It was to the point i couldn't use my xbox for xbox live, i couldn't even watch a youtube video or listen to pandora. it was that slow. But good ol' pop's wouldn't call about it because he could still do whatever he wanted to on the internet. As soon as it got slow enough it interfered with what he was doing, we had a new internet provider. It doesn't matter that me and my mom can't watch any of the channels we want to because they wont' come in, because he can watch the food network, which is one of about 10-15 channels that come in. But believe me if that didnt' come in, he'd wait on the fucking phone for 3 hours and maybe even switch cable companies because it would effect HIM. He sits and wines about not having any money, as he's downloading music onto his cell phone, drops a good 20-30 bucks a paycheck for snacks and such during breaktime at work, and is paying 60 fucking dollars a month for cable that we could get for 20 since the channels in that plan seem to be the only ones that come in. Bullshit we don't gave any money, he just got a raise so now he's makin a solid 20 bucks an hour + overtime on top of getting paid from the fire dept(8bucks/hour/call) and EMS(20bucks/hour/call). He's got money for WHATEVER HE WANTS WHENEVER HE WANTS IT, but for everything else he crazy tight about it. But, God forbid he'll have to go a day without a Little Debbie cake!!
