All kinds of stuff on WW2 on Netflix. One I saw that was very interesting was Bugging Hitlers Soldiers.
Very interesting, recently declassified stuff.

Okay, so question for everyone here.
I turn 18 shortly (29 days) which is the legal age to buy guns in alabama (but I still have to drive to Tennessee to buy cigarettes...). My parents don't own guns and I've never shot one before.
So what would you guys recommend as a good, inexpensive starter gun? Not sure what type of gun would be the best (shot gun, rifle etc). So open to anything.

Why would you have to go to Tennessee for smokes? And yea like smokin amd said rim fire would be a good start. All depends on what you wanna do with it. Ps that feeling of purchasing your first gun is quite a rush! Lol

you have to be 19 to buy them in Alabama! Such BS. From what I've read it looks like that's a pretty good starter gun, I'll probably end up going with it.

yeah Alabama sucks when it comes to tobacco laws.
probably not much hunting right now. Mostly for self-defense and target shooting

Hmmm id say a shotgun would be pretty good but it's all up to you. With a shotgun you can hunt, protect yourself, and shoot targets!

A shotgun is a bit rough for someone new to guns.

^^ shotguns are fun to shoot when your used to them and for obvious reasons can be a fantastic home defense option Cuz you could pretty well clear a room with a few rounds if need be, but if you're new to shooting you could actually break an arm or shatter your shoulder if you're not really careful. Something like the Taurus Judge or its equivalents are kinda fun Id love to have one of those.
