I installed the adams arms XLP kit for a friend on his M&P15 OR.
It is a very well made setup and runs like a champ.
I have the same model M&P15, but I just don't see the piston setup running $330 better than mine.
I have never had an issue running even the cheapest import steel case through mine with the standard setup.

Well all very well to know! I will for sure being doing all the work to it next summer so gathering reviews on various kits now certainly helps. Thanks!!

Haha nice. Mine shoots great except you'll have to slam the action or sometimes the hammer doesn't drop hard enough but not a big issue

This sounds like an FTE problem possibly. Failure to eject or extract

i don't know like it catches the spent shell in between the receiver and bolt if that clarifies any better. I think it is the recoil spring
