Anyone know a little about reloading shotgun shells? My dad has three machines in the basement that is meant for reloading shotgun shells, is there any tips?

I was about to start since I shoot trap about every Monday during the spring and fall but everyone just tells me pay attention to detail, make sure your hulls are in good condition and not tearing, make sure there is nothing in the press where you reprise the shell (so you do have something set off the primer), and just pay attention to what your doing

And make sure you follow your load charts!! You can usually get those of the company's website ( either components site or the presses company website

Okay thanks for the info! I found a few books on how to reload shells in a tote so it looks like I have some reading to do lol

I would save so much money if I did reload and I really need to get a press

Got a friend that reloads. Just bought 200rds of 9mm for 55 bucks. Very good rounds to.

Heard the bullets are hard to come by for .223 and 5.56. My friend was goin to do that but couldn't because of the shortage.
