Default Spindle lift

Hey, got a 1996 Ranger, Rwd.
Want to put spindle lift on it, but when I went to looking, a spindle lift seems to not be an option for this truck, due to not having a control arm system.
Anyone have any ideas as to something that would be just as easy?
Or, is that out of the question?

I figured it would come to that, but was hoping I could just do a spindle lift like you can do on a ‘98.

No, I haven’t, and just had the timing belt break. So kind of at a stall on that.
