lol don't feel too bad... hamburg is the closest cabela's for me too and it's about 2 hours one way for me. and bass pro shops i heard is out near harrisburg, so roughly 4 hours.

It's as good a place as any to have a meet. I think Harrisburg is a 4.5-5 hour drive for me but I ain't skeerd. Never been to a Bass Pro Shop either.

Went to a gun and knife show yesterday, place was a mad house, no .223 left anywhere when I got there (2 hours after they opened) and mag prices are through the roof. Cheap metal mags were going for $40, pmags w/o the window were $50-60 and pmags with the window were $75. Stripped lowers were selling for $400-500 and complete AR15's were almost double retail. I just bought some beef jerkey and some ghost pepper jelly and went home

Ghost pepper jelly huh? Never had that. I have some hot sauce made with ghost peppers a friend makes and it stays in the refrigerator mostly for shenanigans and novelty purposes. Unbelievably hot. And I love hot stuff.

a couple of my buddie's made a 1 day run out to cabela's then bass pro out in harrisburg. from what he told me bass pro is more of a workingman's sporting goods store, better prices on everything than cabela's, and a really great selection of stuff too. cabela's is more of a tourist destination than anything.

I love my Bodyguard. I pocket carried it daily at work for awhile. Surprisingly low recoil for such a small gun, too.
