Feels good seeing kids shooting with proper guidance and father son binding time. There's just not enough of that nowadays

Watching a youngster shoot is just as much fun or more so than shooting in first person (don't want to say shooting yourself because someone might take it the wrong way these days).

I've never been a fan of them. I carry a double stack 1911 and hate glocks with a passion.
Doesn't mean I think 1911 is the only way to go. M&P, H&K, FN, etc are all far superior weapons and a couple U.S. made as well.
I'm having a hard time picking a sub compact for when I sell my ranger. Nothing I want is available yet.
R51, H&K P30sk, Para stainless Warthog.

Glock is a great gun but since they're all basically the same gun in different sizes and calibers they're boring.

I have a handful of glocks with a shitload of rounds through them. Ive never had a stove pipe, jam, fail to feed, nothing. They are excellent tools but I will never be able to shoot as well with them as I can with my 1911's.

Re: Your Gun Pics, Post Em Up!
I like my glock, I like my 1911. The debate as far as which is superior will go on and on. However, it's not fair to compare the two.
One is a rugged, dependable tool, the other is a work of art and a feat of engineering considering when it was originally designed.
At the end of the day, when my life is on the line, I'll be reaching for my glock versus my 1911.

A modern custom 1911 is FAR different from a GI version. All about the tolerances
