Picked up a new plinker this morning, Walther HK MP5 22 SD6. Really nice, not all plasticy like the GSG. Also scored 7 bricks of Federal blue box for $20/box on Black Friday lol.

Nice. I was going to get their AR style 22 sometime. Those are built incredibly well for a 22. What'd it cost ya?

The A5 version was 505 before discounts and the SD was 550 before discounts. The GSG's feel like a toy and quality is iffy (but the price justifies that). Both HK's weigh almost 7lbs and could be mistaken for 9mm's.

The wife will be getting me one of the 1911's. I hope I can handle the build time. Lol

Last I heard it was about 12 months. Not bad considering Wilson has a 24+ month build time

They make some sweet stuff. I just think they are a little over-hyped and over priced. Especially their glocks. I could build a glock to the same specs as theirs for $1000.

Default Re: Your Gun Pics, Post Em Up!

Got a new EDC gun, traded in my Shield 9 for a Lipsey's Special FDE Glock 19. Now I just need my new G-Code INCOG holster to be made (4 week lead time).

Lightly worked G17 over new EDC G19

They have a new one that's supposed to be better. For $35 it's not bad though

It's worth the extra $20 for a galco. The alien gear doesn't have as good of retention or feel as nice when you unholster--------- The new one just has neoprene on the inside
