Jam is the gun, mine will do that with hollowpoints. It's just that way. Misfire could be the bullet.

That's the problem. Every time I put hollows through my 10/22, it jams and misfires alot.

Re: Your Gun Pics, Post Em Up!
My 10/22 has never jammed ever. Have had plenty of misfires from cheap ammo though. CCI has the fewest misfire rate though.

Re: Your Gun Pics, Post Em Up!
I was reading somewhere that they were saying quality control usually goes out the window when there's a super high demand for ammunition like it is now, probably contributes to the misfires and such

Re: Your Gun Pics, Post Em Up!
22lr never seems to have good quality quality control anyways.

Yes that's why I use the cheap shit for plinking and save the CCI for picking off chipmunks and squirrels.

Nice. I sold my 10/22 so I can build one. I wanted a heavy barrel and some upgraded parts...but Ruger charges a lot and I can't choose everything. Build it is. Lol

Only thing I don't like about my Nylon 66 is that I jams whenever you utilize the fact that you have 14 rounds and not bolt to have to labor over to take shot after shot... Fantastic firearm though.

Should have just kept the one and built off it. That is what I did with my old one. Had it just right finally and then some ass hat broke into my house and stole it.
So now it is time to build a new one.

I would kill for a nylon 66. Those guns are worth a penny though. If you had sold it for $75 you should have gotten your ass kicked. Those guns have a following and go for anywhere from $150 for to rough one to $500 for a damn nice one.
