What do you think of your husky as a pet? I've always wanted one but I hear they can be kinda indifferent towards their owners?

there great man very protective of the ones that care for them, very loving the only thing that's kinda iffy about them is they're very territorial. For example we have her on an invisible fence that goes out the boundaries of our yard, but once she got used to the yard and all the surroundings anything that was alive inside her perimeter she killed excluding other dogs and humans of coarse but she will let us know if somebody is in our yard if they're not supposed to be. Only other thing is depending where your at they shed like crazy! With her being in Ga with our hot summers she sheds probably enough to fill two curb side trash cans and maybe even more lol. My dog does good with other small animals and small children but that's all in how there trained. There very smart as well and escape artists. Before when we had just a wireless fence and not the in ground kind she would walk around and find the holes in the fence and when we would go across the street she would follow lol.
