Default Need help with paint scheme for my bike

I have a 94 sportster and am wanting to do a new paint scheme. Thing is I have no idea what I want.

I was thinking of a few base colors and nothing to fancy. Like a navy blue with silver or something.

I think the black with flames is way overdone and not original.

I don't want anything to complicated but not to bla-zay either.

Let me know if you guys have any ideas.

Thanks

ps. I will be putting on a 14* triple tree rake so it will be streched out a little

I tried that but everything online is all "OCC" like. Everything is all custom paint that would probably cost a couple grand! lol

What about a base white with a crimson or dark blue stripe?

I really like that two tone on this car, Actually my thoughts about the blue and silver were just opposite. Bottom 3/4 of the tank blue and the top 1/4 silver.

I do think that I like the matte and satin looks over gloss.

I will put up a pic tomaro, the bike has alot of chrome and the engine is all aluminum (materal and color) so a lot of ligh/bright color on the bottom half of the bike.

This is why I would think the darker color and light colors on top. (gas tank, fenders)

So I have decided that I am going with an Urban Camo paint job and am going to incoprate the POW/MIA logo into it.

Hopefully it doesn't turn out looking like a cow! lol

I'll have to find a very good painter to take this on.
