Actually, I haven't a clue on how to remove the spindle from the beam so I need to know how to do that.

your gonna need a pickle fork, or a big ass flat head. remove the eccentric from the top, then take the cotter pin and the castle nut off the bottom balljoiint, then hit that shit with a hammer till it pops out, and dont be a pussy like you were with that tie rod end.

Re: He's baaaaccckkkkkk!!!
All I had to hit it with was a cheater bar from a jack.
I actually found this:
http://www.100megsfree4.com/og95ranger/beam.html
So I think I've got it now. But what about reinstall? Just align the bolt in the hole and tighten it down?

Re: He's baaaaccckkkkkk!!!
oh yea i forgot the part about loosening the pinch bolt so you can pull out the eccentric.
as to pressing them back into the beam, stick the coil in , and then place the jack under the beam and jack the hell out of it and hope they went in all the way, then put the castle nut on the lower one first and tighten it.

Re: He's baaaaccckkkkkk!!!
Did you do your own alignment/toe adjustment? I think I can do the toe but I don't know how to do the alignment. It should be pretty much aligned already since that truck didn't have drop coils, but It'll need dialed in for my truck.

Re: He's baaaaccckkkkkk!!!
Damn it.
I'll set the toe as close as I can using a tape measure then drive it to get aligned. Rstangboi did his toe and alignment by himself so I'll ask him about it.

yea but i dont think that truck had beams did it? and adjusting the toe wont count for shit when you have a ton of negative camber.

Re: He's baaaaccckkkkkk!!!
Same concept with the tie rods though, right? And I don't fuckin know how much neg camber it's gonna have. It's got what looks to be a stock camber bushing on one side and a 2* bushing on the other...
