With Halloween being on Sunday this year. Some cities decided to have trick or treating on Saturday. Well Missouri sex offender law prevents convicted sex offenders for participating in Halloween. However only on Oct. 31st so they did not have to comply with the law.
Also supreme court over ruled the law and any one convicted after August of 2008 had to comply with the law on the 31st.
From facebook updates of my friends with kids the streets here are empty and the Mall, church parking lots, police stations and fire stations are packed.

Hey, i have to work on xmas this year, let's change it to jan 5th.
What's up with kids nowadays btw? Bunch of sissies being raised to be scared of everything. I woke up at 8pm and halloween was over. A friend told me in his region kids started around 3-4pm. When i did it, we'd start when it started to get dark, and kept on going till the second, third bag, or till it was too late to be up and the parents were fed up.
What a disgrace.

Probably out because they are afraid of getting kidnapped. I have never seen so many city and county police officers out patrolling like last night. However it was a waste because there was very few out.

The Wife and I love giving the candy to the kids , love the costumes on the young ones . We had a lot of kids last nite but not like years ago where there would be a street full of them . Older ones say they bring the younger ones out , so if its true , I can handle that , but some of the older kids , well , not too many at my house so I let them be .
