we either get way more or way less than what they say. we get a shit ton of lake effect snow because of lake michigan and the forecasters just cant forecast that.

All those dang travelin Yankees brought the cold down here to Florida man. I am currently wearing a sweat shirt and my big Carhartt jacket, and it's still cold. Thanks mom and dad for moving to the coldest fricken county in the state of Florida.

EXACTLY. if the wind is from north or east we get lake effect as well. Thats how we got all the snow we did the week of the 12th. Good two days of white out conditions to the point the road commission and sheriff's dept pulled off the road. got a good foot of snow i would say. mix that was the 20-40mph winds, it drifted pretty good

got my snow beast running again so i should be set for the snow we got today. gotta love old machines, no safety devices whatsoever, just jam the lever into "forward", pop the clutch in, and the thing'll drag whoevers holding on screaming up the driveway and dont let go, 'caus it'll just keep goin, haha.

closest thing i could find to mine, but mine's missing all those nice covers, exposing all of the moving parts things dangorus as hell

i felt like i had a lil walk behind tank using it today, haha. threw the snow a good 30 feet up and away, along with quite a bit of my driveway. even chewed up a branch that was probibly 2" in diameter like it was nothing finding neutral was a differant story, apparently the linkage is screwed up after being used and abused for about 50 years and the space for neutral is pretty much gone, its eather going forward or in reverse.

there was enough in bartonsville where i work to do some good ones in the empty parking lot ( school called a snow day, so it was a ghost town)
