What you should take depends on your goals. i just quit working at gnc after 3 years since i finally got a real job. i still have an interest in it though, physical ed degree, give us more info and we can give you specific ideas.....fyi if you ever shop at gnc buy a gold card, they cost 15$ but save you an additional 20%, thats on top of other sales and even the stuff they mark down cause its expiring in a few months. you can get great deals if you try. sorry about the long reply but this is one of the few things i actually know something about on this forum

I went to walmart tonight and got a chocolate protein shake and protein bar and a bottle to drink it out of. I also bought a muscle fitness magazine. I currently bench don't laugh 115lbs I weigh 160lbs. I wanna get 22 inch arms and I wanna get up to 200lbs benching. I would also like to get up to 200lbs in muscle. I'm just trying to find some useful workout tips.

if you are wanting big arms, then do a lot of chest/biceps. and if you are trying to get that big then you will be benching far more than only 200. also how tall are you? b/c depending on how tall you are it may be quite hard for you to get that big

oh ok...I was just wondering, because if your arms are pretty long then its really hard to get massive. but at your height if you work out chest/biceps hard you should be fine. Also remember to try and get at least one leg workout in a week, you'll grow faster/better if you keep it somewhat balanced

the p-90x workout is good! my buddy did it freshman year in high school for wrestling season. he lost a lot of fat but gained a whole lot of muscle weight.
i on the other hand, started out the wrestling season at 160, they said i was only aloud to lose about 10 % of my weight, unless i got a doctors note. so i went to the doctor, they gave me a quick check, and said i was all good. i ended up wrestling at the end of the year at 119. i did nothing but eat turkey sandwich's for lunch and dinner and a protein shake for breakfast (whey protein shakes). ran about 5 miles (after practice) and rode the exercise bike 5-12 miles depending on what we did in practice. i was a skinny mother fucker compared to what i usually am. i lost nothing but fat. but then when i droped to 112, i decide to go up a weight class and wrestle at 119. soo, to do that, i lifted weights like crazy, and still kept my cardio up a decent amount. i hit the weight room 3 times a day. before school, during school, and after practice.

Gold Standard 100% Whey protein is the best protein i've ever used. If you take it with milk, you can get 32 grams of protein in one drink. Plus the price is right.

Also, if you're considering creatine, i'd recommend Cell Tech, made my Muscle Tech. I've tried many different kinds, and cell tech has proven to be superior. Just make sure you stay well hydrated while on it.

I've been lifting for a total of 7 years...and 5 of those years have been pretty serious. When I started lifting, I was about 150 lbs. Now I average around 200-205 when i'm not on creatine. While on it, i'm around 215. If you decide to use creatine, make sure you cycle it properly. Its the most effective way to use it.

The best advice I can give you is to stay motivated, and never miss a day in the gym. You can take all the supplements in the world, but if you're lazy and not going to the gym, you will just develop fat. Mental strength is far superior to any supplement.

6yes been doing it for nearly a decade, right now I'm doing 4x a week, split routines with alittle cardio. I'm your classic hardgainer...lightning fast metabolism and its extremely hard for me to put on bulk & dense muscle no matter how good my workouts and diet are. The good thing about that is I'm at about 9-10% body fat. My favorite product is Optimum Nutrition, lately Ive been getting their oats & whey powder.
Whey is the only supp I've ever taken (other than vitamins) but lately I've also been thinking of getting some glutamine to help my muscles recover faster. I'm not interested in noexplode or any of that stuff

^^^if you ever change your mind about the N.O.Explode then get the N.O.S.Blast----Vitamin World's version. Its far superior and cheaper. All it is is nitric oxide and creatine for the most part and helps your mental game so much. I almost have to have some kind of pre-workout formula to get my energy where I want it

Won't give everyone a gut. Maybe if you never do any cardio.
