I think you need a different pic. Take one close up to the paint at an angle, or a pic showing a reflection.

Take the picture early morning or early evening.. With the sun behind you.

Also a blank / solid background would allow better focus on your truck. Like in front of a brick wall

If you're trying to start a business (you say you are), and you're not a photographer (you say you aren't), then it would be most prudent to hire a professional photographer for the photo shoot.

from a business point..... don't put a full pictures of a truck on your business card. It will look cluttered up. If you want put a piece of a pictures (like a part of your wheel) or an outline of your truck or something simple.... google around some auto detailing business cards and see... bottom line is that is has to be simple, and easy to read in order for it to look professional. Here's a couple examples I made really quickly, again they are no where near where you would want them for print, but it should give you an idea:
