The return of the Ranger has been talked about here, although there is no dedicated thread that I know of. I believe it will be too little, too late for this forum. What is happening here is the result of a total lack of caring by the owner. I think this forum will be shuttered long before the Ranger returns... which is a shame because there is so much good information here for older Ranger owners.

Someone could try shitposting on there and see if they get banned. Then you’ll at least know if it’s still moderated.

The server and site is owned, operated, funded and administered by a member of this and other Ranger forums. He is the owner of (I believe) 3 Ford Rangers. He is doing this because he loves the Ranger platform and wishes to provide a place for enthusiasts like himself to keep the fun alive. If it doesn't fair well, it won't be because of a lack of interest or effort on his part.

I have probably already said enough (probably too much). May I suggest you register there and talk to him personally. If you spent much time on FRF at all, you already know him.
