That thing is in really great shape!

I sat on a Grom the other day at the dealer. So tiny, but it looks like it would be a blast! But I didn't buy it, too much going on with the new house, selling this one, I don't need a fourth bike.

It's not a perfect bike, but even having to fix it, it will still be a steal

It's nicer than the piece of shit Honda I bought 2 months ago!

It has a second gear issue that a shop quoted the previous owner $600 to fix, but I'll just skip second gear until I fix it.
The groms look cool but they have less than 10 horsepower, there is absolutely no way I could do that

I have a Vulcan 750 that's torn apart in the garage because I spun a rod bearing only a few hours of use after getting it running.

There's an '83 Silverwing 650 with parts split between the garage, the basement, and the back of the house because I pulled the engine to do some maintenance.

Both of those projects have sat for several years now because other things came up. I really miss being on two wheels - it's been at least five years now since I rode regularly.

Yeah that's a good point. Have you narrowed anything down on the house yet?

A couple different realtors told us that if we found a house that met 80% of our needs, buy it

thats what mine told me as well. I'm not afraid of doing a little work, BUT i don't want to worry about water issues during heavy rain or foundation issues. my house flooding a couple weeks ago really gave me a better eye for that stuff
