Tried bolting the intake and exhaust back on yesterday.. it's missing quite a few bolts/studs and they broke a bolt off that bolts the intake to the exhaust manifold, so it's gonna be on the back burner til I get my F100 running and driving which should be soon. I'm gonna have to go to LKQ and pull a set of the EFI Split Exhaust manifolds with all the fasteners for it if I can. Then I can finish bolting everything down..

Got a wild hair and decided I'd go out and fuck around with the intake/exhaust again. Actually managed to find 12 of the 13 bolts/studs and washers, then I managed to get everything bolted together! So Intake and Exhaust are bolted to the head and bolted together. Now I'm trying to find two damned nuts for the carb studs to bolt the carb to the intake.... not having any luck there..

Alright, went and got two 3/8-24 nuts, bolted the carb to the intake/EGR plate, then had to leave to get my carb for the F100. Came back, after some fiddling around and replacing the positive wire on the solenoid with a new wire, I cranked it. It doesn't have gas in it but pouring a bit of weedeater gas down the carb to see if it'll fire it fired up and ran for like 30 seconds. Gotta get some gas Wednesday for it as I'm all outta money now!

Here's the intake/exhaust bolted together. Not able to get one bolt in the head for the manifold, but I don't care, just needed to see if the truck would run. I made a couple fastener changes since that pic, found a washer the same thickness but it's too wide in circumference to fit properly, will have to shave the side down a little.

The carb bolted down to the EGR plate, I had to mod the fuel line as line originally screwed into a filter, well that nut was stripped, so I cut the line, changed over to this filter, then hooked it all up as you see in the pic:
