anybody here do burpees? i did 2x10, 1x 15, 1x20, and then 1x10, each set between farmers walks. anybody do farmers walks? lol, those two exercises along with one of those cheap little floor peddlers has been doing my cardio for me lately.the peddler isn't enough resistance to hurt the knee but gets a tiny bit of sweat going in about 15 minutes. pretty good preworkout warmup. burpees and farmers walks always come after the workout!

You don't have to live nearby I'll put you up in the spare room for a week lol.

What's a farmers walk?

Grinds my gears that my girlfriend puts the lint in the sink instead of taking three steps to the trash can
This is one of those things I've told her about that drives me mad about her and she apparently doesn't give a fuck.
I guess I will just keep picking it up

As far as I know she never had a problem with either one. Her current is at 150k.

Farmers walk is taking something heavy like a bucket in each hand and walking with it for a while! I use 70 lb dumbbells, and man does that get my heart racing!

I liked their early 2000 stuff.

The washer and dryer are decent. I think we paid full price for the dryer brand new but the washer was a return that got fixed so it was like half price. We had a nice washer and dryer before we bought the house but the area is too small to fit washer and dryer side-by-side because of some goofy Plumbing previous owner installed for that slop sink

At least your girlfriend empties the lint trap from the dryer. My wife never does. She complained about her clothes never being dry. Whereas, mine always are. EVERY GODDAMN TIME she does laundry, I always pull out a fucking quilt from the lint trap. I literally could have re-insulated my entire fucking attic with the shit I've pulled out from her.
