FedEx blows. That is all

Tired of them pushing back the deliver date for my truck vent shades. Supposed to have them Thursday, pushed back to Friday then Saturday now Tuesday. Totally annoying especially when you see they are on the vehicle for delivery Pretty much just issued an ultimatum to them. Either they get delivered on Tuesday like they said or I will be filling a lost shipment claim.

got my house appraisal two month ago went up 93000 (paid 50g for it)which is great and that guy told me if my house was 40-50 miles west it would be double cuz of location!

Doubtful, the area i live in usually has a housing boom every 10 years and they usually last about 3-5 years before the bottom falls out. this happened between 04-late07 or early 08, market got real hot than the bottom fell out. I forsee it happening again
