baseball sized hail with 50+mph winds driving it home this was in nebraska several years back. i think this same storm system did similar in kansas and oklahoma if that was the same year im thinking about. in purcell oklahoma, it was so bad that the ford dealership there was selling brand new $60k superduties for $40k.

We had a hailstorm here that not only put every Arvada cop car out of commission, an Arvada cop had his arm broken by a hail stone.

A number of years later, I got 3k in hail damage paid out on my '98 Ranger. At the estimate site, temp due to demand, a lady was getting her brand new Forester totaled. Paper plates on it, every piece of glass was broken, every piece of plastic broken, every piece of sheet metal beat to hell.

its not just me them lol! if i had more garage space it wouldn't even cross my mind, but fitting two vehicles in a two car garage gets old! i've gotten soft from having the other truck outside whenever i need it i guess

I almost had my truck written off a while back, was withing a thousands dollars worth of damage of being written off. And that's not hard to make up that amount lol

Hail damage, honestly almost looked like those trucks posted above, not quite as bad but smashed to hell windshield, dents everywhere etc. golf ball sized hail, doing 140 kmh down the highway and that shit hit like mad. Instant too.

But I got it all fixed, got my custom painted hood out of it and I couldn't of been happier. I hope my truck never gets written off. And if it get's enough damage that I think insurance will write it off, I'll just keep insurance out of it and fix it myself.

That, and he was insane/mental problems to begin with (no moral compass, just look at what he did!!!). In the meanwhile, the legal all over America alcohol is much more destructive to the body, personal relationships, employment obligations, drunks making little bastards while tanked (I was drunk, a mistake, no biggie, taxpayers will support it), committing violent crimes, abuse that messes with the mind permanently altering it, but it's ok, it's legal so it must be safe.
