Default Build Thread - Logan's 2003 Mach 1

Well, instead of making existing threads 'dirty' - I'll post updates on what I'm upto on the new (to me) toy.

Picked up a 2003 Mach 1 Mustang & had it delivered on August 28th.

Was a one owner setup with less than 4,400 miles on her.

Delivery day pictures:

Let's get going! I am looking forward to this, just because of the way you do your mods.

Well in order to live up to my reputation I had to have some things ordered before the first weekend was over.

I decided to start with some minor cosmetic items first (not sure if I'll end up using them all or not)

Smoked Tail Lights (Not sure if I'll use)
Smoked LED Third Brake Light (Not sure if I'll use)
Smoked Quarter Marker Light Tint (Not sure if I'll use)
Craig's No Drill Front Plate Bracket (Not sure I'll use any front plate)
Complete set of LED's for the rear of the vehicle.
Mustang Sequential Taillight harness from CDC
Kenny Brown - Seat Extender Rails (Both Seats)
Redline Tuning - Quick Lift ELITE w/ Trunk ELITE
Black Steel Bumper Insert Letters
Fixed Black Antenna - 14 inch
Mustang Factory Ford Mach 1 Chin Spoiler (Purely insurance if mine gets messed up)

I know you did it on the Ranger, but personally I hate dark tail lights. I can't see wanting to make it harder for people to see that I am stopping!

Yeah, that's where quality LED's would come into play.

These are much lighter tint than what I had made for the Ranger - but not sure how it will look on the Torch Red Mach 1 - Jury is still out. haha

Yeah brings out the 'Mustang' on the rear is all. Brings a little bit more black onto the car - which was my main reason for getting them.

Haha - yeah I think it's a requirement!

They make black vinyl ones & these black finished stainless steel versions (Also 'chrome' ones - but not my style).

Yeah chrome would just look way too tacky on any mustang!

I like the black on that, a good combo with the red.

Then I played around with some 'performance & maintenance’ type items. Again, nothing crazy - I've only owned the car for less than 24 hours at the time I ordered this stuff!

JLT Ram Air Intake w/ Shaker hook up (Not the "CAI" version):

JLT Oil Separator - Black Anodized:

JLT PCV Pre-Filter – Black:
